The Thompson Region Division of Family Practice’s emergency management program builds resiliency in times of crisis.
We collaborate with our medical community to foster partnerships, build networks, and communicate effectively, all to ensure continuity of patient care during an emergency.
We enable our members to prepare for and recover from emergencies that impact their practices.
The Division’s emergency management program means working with our members, municipalities, regional districts, health care partners, and Indigenous partners. Emergency response is truly a community responsibility, which is why we also work with community partners ranging from school districts and not-for-profit organizations to community volunteers.
